|The Pennsylvania Council on the Arts (PCA) is facing a 70% cut in funding in the House Appropriations Committee’s budget proposal.At Stake:
Take Action: Contact your State Representative and let them know that you are against cuts to the PCA and would like to see it funded at the $8.262 million level proposed by the Governor in his budget.
